* § 1111-i. Owner liability for failure of operator to comply with\ntraffic-control indications; village of Croton-on-Hudson.

(a)1.\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the village of\nCroton-on-Hudson is hereby authorized and empowered to adopt and amend a\nlocal law or ordinance establishing a demonstration program imposing\nmonetary liability on the owner of a vehicle for failure of an operator\nthereof to comply with traffic-control indications in such village in\naccordance with the provisions of this section. Such demonstration\nprogram shall empower such village to install and operate\ntraffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring devices at no more\nthan three intersections within and under the jurisdiction of such\nvillage at any one time.\n 2.
