§ 409. Summons; filing; proof of service.\n (a) A copy of the summons and complaint with proof of service shall be\nfiled with the clerk within six days after service.\n (b) If service has been made by the court's enforcement officer, his\ncertificate shall be the equivalent of an affidavit of service.\n
