§ 1504. Execution issued out of this court; requisites.\n An execution issued out of this court may be levied only against\npersonal property of the judgment-debtor. It must be subscribed by\neither the clerk or the attorney for the judgment-creditor and must\nbear, in addition to such other matter as is required by the CPLR, the\ndate of its delivery. It may be levied in any part of the county, and\nfor such purpose it is not necessary that the judgment have been\ndocketed with the county clerk.\n
