§ 1501. Execution; when and how issued.\n An execution, including an income execution, upon a judgment may be\nissued by the judgment creditor's attorney or, if he does not appear by\nattorney, by the clerk. It shall be issued within the time prescribed by\nlaw applicable in the supreme court.\n A "judgment", as used in this article, shall be deemed to include an\norder directing the payment of money.\n
