§ 1306. Jury terms.\n Jury terms shall be held as may from time to time be directed by\nstatute, rule or order. The system for impaneling jurors shall be as\nprovided by law in the particular county or municipality or, if such is\nnot provided for, as may be provided for the supreme court of the\ncounty. Jurors may be impaneled in village courts from the list of\njurors used in the town court of the town in which the village is\nsituated. In the case of a village situated in more than one town,\njurors may be impaneled from a list which combines the names of all\njurors used in the town courts in each of the towns in which the village\nis situated. The fees of jurors shall be as provided by article sixteen\nof the judiciary law.\n
