§ 1304. Time for rendering judgment or decision.\n If a jury trial is not demanded or directed as provided in § 1303, the\ncourt must render judgment within thirty days from the time when the\ncase is submitted for that purpose, except when further time is given by\nthe consent of the parties.\n
