§ 205 — Interpleader

§ 205. Interpleader.\n The court shall have jurisdiction of an action of interpleader and\ndefensive interpleader as defined and governed by the CPLR, provided\nthat the amount in controversy or the value of the property involved\ndoes not exceed $15,000.\n
