§ 202. Money actions and actions involving chattels.\n The court shall have jurisdiction of actions and proceedings for the\nrecovery of money, actions and proceedings for the recovery of chattels\nand actions and proceedings for the foreclosure of liens on personal\nproperty where the amount sought to be recovered or the value of the\nproperty does not exceed $15,000.\n
