§ 201. Jurisdiction; in general.\n The court shall have jurisdiction as set forth in this article and as\nelsewhere provided by law. The phrase "$15,000", whenever it appears\nherein, shall be taken to mean "$15,000 exclusive of interest and\ncosts".\n
