§ 9-e. Creating a Puerto Rican and Latino business development center.\nThe corporation shall provide, with the assistance of the commissioner\nof economic development and in consultation with such commissioner, a\nPuerto Rican and Latino business development center for the purposes of\nrendering technical assistance and market information to not-for-profit\nservice providers and the private businesses servicing Puerto Rican and\nLatino communities.\n
