N.Y. Urban Development Corporation Act 174/68 § 9-C (2026).

  § 9-c. Rules and regulations. The corporation shall, assisted by the\ncommissioner of economic development and in consultation with the\ndepartment of economic development, promulgate rules and regulations in\naccordance with the state administrative procedure act. Such rules and\nregulations shall be consistent with the program plan required by\nsubdivision nineteen of section one hundred of the economic development\nlaw.\n
