§ 208. Counterclaims.\n The court shall have jurisdiction of counterclaims as follows:\n (a) Of any counterclaim the subject matter of which would be within\nthe jurisdiction of the court if sued upon separately.\n (b) Of any counterclaim for money only, without regard to amount.\n (c) Of any counterclaim for the rescission or reformation of the\ntransaction upon which the plaintiff's cause of action is founded, if\nthe amount in controversy on such counterclaim does not exceed the sum\nreferred to in § 202.\n
