§ 201. Jurisdiction; in general.\n The court shall have jurisdiction as set forth in this article and as\nelsewhere provided by law. Whenever a sum of money is set forth in this\narticle, or reference is made in this article to a sum, it shall be\nconstrued as such sum exclusive of interest and costs.\n
