§ 2015. Correction of technical errors.\n Technical errors in the commitment of any accused person may be\ncorrected by the judge at any time after the commitment is signed. The\njudge may alter or modify a sentence or correct any technical error in\nthe record not affecting the substantial rights of the defendant at any\ntime before the execution of the sentence has been commenced.\n
