Section 9--621. Notification of Proposal to Accept Collateral.\n (a) Persons to which proposal to be sent. A secured party that desires\nto accept collateral in full or partial satisfaction of the obligation\nit secures shall send its proposal to:\n (1) any person from which the secured party has received, before\n the debtor consented to the acceptance, an authenticated\n notification of a claim of an interest in the collateral;\n (2) any other secured party or lienholder that, 10 days before\n the debtor consented to the acceptance, held a security\n interest in or other lien on the collateral perfected by the\n filing of a financing statement that:\n (A) identified the collateral;\n (B) was indexed under
