* Section 9--107A. Control of Controllable Electronic Record,\n Controllable Account, or Controllable Payment\n Intangible.\n (a) Control under Section 12--105. A secured party has control of a\ncontrollable electronic record as provided in Section 12--105.\n (b) Control of controllable account and controllable payment\nintangible. A secured party has control of a controllable account or\ncontrollable payment intangible if the secured party has control of the\ncontrollable electronic record that evidences the controllable account\nor controllable payment intangible.\n * NB Effective June 3, 2026\n
