Section 9--308. When Security Interest or Agricultural Lien Is\n Perfected; Continuity of Perfection.\n (a) Perfection of security interest. Except as otherwise provided in\nthis section and Section 9--309, a security interest is perfected if it\nhas attached and all of the applicable requirements for perfection in\nSections 9--310 through 9--316 have been satisfied. A security interest\nis perfected when it attaches if the applicable requirements are\nsatisfied before the security interest attaches.\n (b) Perfection of agricultural lien. An agricultural lien is perfected\nif it has become effective and all of the applicable requirements for\nperfection in Section 9--310 have been satisfied.
