* Section 12-A-306. Priority of Claims When Priority Rules of Article 9\n Do Not Apply.\n (a) Determination of priority. Subject to subsections (b) and (c),\nArticle 12 determines the priority of conflicting claims to Article 12\nproperty when the priority rules of Article 9 as amended by the UCC\nRevision Act do not apply.\n (b) Established priorities. Subject to subsection (c), when the\npriority rules of Article 9 as amended by the UCC Revision Act do not\napply and the priorities of claims to Article 12 property were\nestablished before the effective date of the UCC Revision Act, law other\nthan Article 12 determines priority.\n (c) Determination of certain priorities on adjustment date.
