* Section 12-A-201. Saving Clause.\n Except as provided in Part 3, a transaction validly entered into\nbefore the effective date of this article and the rights, duties, and\ninterests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may\nbe terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or\npermitted by law other than the Uniform Commercial Code or, if\napplicable, the Uniform Commercial Code as though the UCC Revision Act\nhad not taken effect.\n * NB Effective June 3, 2026\n
