§ 209-s. Water and sewer district tax payments in the town of Carmel,\nPutnam county. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the\ncontrary, the town of Carmel, in Putnam county may correct, by\nresolution of the town, the omission of certain taxes due and owing by\nthe town of Carmel to the Carmel sewer district #2 and the Carmel water\ndistrict #2 from nineteen hundred ninety-five to two thousand, with\npayment of such omitted taxes being made from the town's general fund,\nand with corrected tax bills thereupon being issued pursuant to section\nfive hundred fifty-four of the real property tax law.\n
