§ 3. Incorporation.
(a)A transportation corporation may be formed\nunder this chapter, in accordance with the procedure for the formation\nof corporations set forth in article four of the business corporation\nlaw, by delivering to the department of state for filing a certificate\nof incorporation entitled "Certificate of incorporation of . . . (name\nof corporation) pursuant to section three of the transportation\ncorporations law".\n (b) In addition to the statements prescribed by section four hundred\ntwo of the business corporation law, a certificate of incorporation of a\ntransportation corporation shall designate the particular kind of\ntransportation corporation to be formed, and shall state:\n 1.
