§ 123 — Number of senators
§ 123. Number of senators. The senate shall consist of sixty-three\nmembers chosen from the districts described within and apportioned among\nthe counties on the basis of the number of inhabitants of the state\nbased on the Federal Census of two thousand twenty, as adjusted pursuant\nto the provisions of part XX of chapter fifty-seven of the laws of two\nthousand ten, as amended.\n
