§ 126-A — Application; assembly

§ 126-a. Application; assembly. For the purpose of filling vacancies\noccurring other than by the expiration of term in the offices of members\nof the assembly elected at a general election in two thousand\ntwenty-four, the assembly districts of this state, as described and set\nout in a chapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-three, amending the\nstate law relating to establishing assembly districts, shall continue to\nbe respectively, the assembly districts of the state.\n
