* § 97-yyy. Children and family services quality enhancement fund. 1.\nThere is hereby established in the joint custody of the state\ncomptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a special\nrevenue fund to be known as the children and family services quality\nenhancement fund.\n 2. The children and family services quality enhancement fund shall\nconsist of moneys received by the state pursuant to subdivision ten of\nsection one hundred fifty-three-k of the social services law and\nsubdivision six of section three hundred eighty-seven of the social\nservices law, moneys donated or given to the state, and all other moneys\nappropriated, credited or transferred thereto from any other fund or\nsource.\n 3.
