§ 97-d. Environmental quality bond act fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner\nof taxation and finance a special fund, to be known as the\n"environmental quality bond act fund".\n 2. The comptroller shall establish two separate and distinct accounts\nwithin the environmental quality bond act fund;

(a)hazardous waste\nremediation and municipal solid waste landfill closure account; and (b)\nforest preserve, historic preservation, municipal park and\nenvironmentally sensitive lands account.\n 3. All moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds or notes\nfor the purpose stated in paragraph a of section four of the\nenvironmental quality bond act of nineteen hundred eighty-six shall be\ndeposited by the comptroller in the h
