§ 97-aa. The New York state "Discover Queens fund".

1.There is hereby\nestablished, in the joint custody of the commissioner of taxation and\nfinance and the comptroller, a special fund to be known as the New York\nstate "Discover Queens fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received pursuant to the\nprovisions of section four hundred four-v of the vehicle and traffic law\nand all other moneys appropriated, credited or transferred thereto from\nany other fund or source pursuant to law. Nothing contained herein shall\nprevent the state from receiving grants, gifts or bequests for the\npurposes of the fund as defined in this section and depositing them into\nthe fund according to law.\n 3.
