* § 97-xxx. Agriculture in the classroom fund.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the\n"agriculture in the classroom fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all moneys collected pursuant to section\nfour hundred four-s of the vehicle and traffic law, and all other moneys\ncredited or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant\nto law, provided, however that any funds necessary to complete design\nand production of the distinctive license plates authorized by section\nfour hundred four-s of the vehicle and traffic law shall first be\nallocated for such purposes.\n 3.
