§ 97-vv. Senate recyclable materials, information services and\nconference fund.
1.There is hereby established in the joint custody of\nthe state comptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a\nfund to be known as the senate recyclable materials, information\nservices and conference fund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received from the sale of\nrecyclable materials, fees received for the distribution of senate\ndocuments, materials, computerized information and conference fees.\n 3. Moneys of the fund, following appropriation by the legislature, may\nbe expended for services and expenses including but not limited to waste\ndisposal, production and distribution of senate documents, materials and\ncomputerized information, or expenses related to conferences sp
