§ 97-uu. Legislative computer services fund.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the\nlegislative computer services fund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received from royalties and\nreceipts from computer related operations and all other moneys credited\nor transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law.\n 3. Moneys of the fund, following appropriation by the legislature, may\nbe expended for services and expenses relative to research, development,\ntraining of personnel and acquisition of support services directly\nrelated to data processing capabilities of the legislature.
