§ 97-tttt. Clean water, clean air, and green jobs bond fund.
1.There\nis hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and\nthe commissioner of taxation and finance a special fund to be known as\nthe " clean water, clean air, and green jobs bond fund".\n 2. The state comptroller shall deposit into the clean water, clean\nair, and green jobs bond fund all moneys received by the state from the\nsale of bonds and/or notes for uses eligible pursuant to section four of\nthe clean water, clean air, and green jobs environmental bond act of\n2022.\n 3. Moneys in the clean water, clean air, and green jobs bond fund,\nfollowing appropriation by the legislature and allocation by the\ndirector of the budget, shall be available only for reimbursement of\nexpenditures made from a
