§ 97-SSSS*2 — Elevator and related conveyances safety program account

* § 97-ssss. Elevator and related conveyances safety program account.\n1. There is hereby established in the custody of the state comptroller\nthe elevator and related conveyances safety program account.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of moneys collected pursuant to the\nprovisions of article thirty-three of the labor law.\n 3. Moneys of the fund shall be available to the commissioner of labor\nfor purposes of offsetting the costs incurred by the commissioner of\nlabor for the administration of article thirty-three of the labor law,\nincluding the administration of elevator and related conveyances safety\nprograms, the administration of licenses, and the administration of\nlicenses as set forth in such article thirty-three.\n 4. The moneys shall be paid out of the fund on the audit and warrant\nof the comptroller on vouchers certified or approved by the commissioner\nor his or her designee.\n 5. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, no\nmoneys shall be available from the fund until a certificate of\nallocation and a schedule of amounts to be available therefor shall have\nbeen issued by the director of the budget, and a copy of such\ncertificate filed with the comptroller. Such certificate may be amended\nfrom time to time by the director of the budget and a copy of each such\namendment shall be filed with the comptroller.\n * NB There are 2 § 97-ssss's\n
