§ 97-s. Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza performing arts\ncenter corporation fund.
1.There is hereby established in the custody\nof the commissioner of taxation and finance a special account to be\nknown as the "performing arts center corporation fund".\n 2. All moneys of the corporation received in accordance with\nsubdivision four of this section shall be deposited to the credit of\nsuch fund, provided that such deposit is consistent with any contract\nawarded pursuant to chapter six hundred eighty-eight of the laws of\nnineteen hundred seventy-nine as amended by a chapter of the laws of\nnineteen hundred ninety-two. Said moneys shall be kept separate and\nshall not be commingled with any other moneys in the custody of the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance.\n 3. The mone
