* § 97-rrr. School tax relief fund.

1.There is hereby established in\nthe joint custody of the comptroller and the commissioner of taxation\nand finance a special fund to be known as the school tax relief fund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all monies credited or transferred\nthereto from the general fund or from any other fund or sources pursuant\nto law.\n 3. The monies in such fund shall be appropriated for school property\ntax exemptions granted pursuant to the real property tax law and payable\npursuant to section thirty-six hundred nine-e of the education law.\n 4. All payments from the fund shall be made on the audit and warrant\nof the comptroller on vouchers approved by the commissioner of the state\neducation department.\n 5.
