§ 97-rr. Pet dealer licensing fund.

1.There is hereby established in\nthe joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of\ntaxation and finance, a fund to be known as the "pet dealer licensing\nfund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all monies collected pursuant to article\ntwenty-six-A of the agriculture and markets law, except for monies\ncollected pursuant to subdivision five of section four hundred three of\nsuch article, and all other monies credited or transferred thereto from\nany other fund or source pursuant to law.\n 3. Monies of the fund shall be expended solely for the purposes of\ncarrying out the provisions of article thirty-five-D of the general\nbusiness law and article twenty-six-A of the agriculture and markets\nlaw.
