§ 97-QQ — Statewide public safety communications account

§ 97-qq. Statewide public safety communications account. 1. There is\nhereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the\n"statewide public safety communications account".\n 2. The statewide public safety communications account shall consist of\nall monies deposited in this account pursuant to a subsequent chapter of\nthe laws of nineteen hundred ninety-eight, all monies appropriated for\nits purpose, all monies transferred to such account pursuant to law, and\nall monies deposited pursuant to any other law to be paid into or\ncredited to the account, including all monies received by the account or\ndonated to it.\n
