* § 97-oooo. Smart schools bond fund.

1.There is hereby established\nin the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of\ntaxation and finance a special fund to be known as the "smart schools\nbond fund".\n 2. The state comptroller shall deposit into the smart schools bond\nfund all moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds and/or\nnotes for uses eligible pursuant to section four of the smart schools\nbond act of 2014.\n 3. Moneys in the smart schools bond fund, following appropriation by\nthe legislature and allocation by the director of the budget, shall be\navailable only for reimbursement of expenditures made from\nappropriations from the capital projects fund for the purpose of the\nsmart schools bond fund, as set forth in the smart schools bond act of
