** § 97-mm. State police motor vehicle law enforcement account. 1.\nThere is hereby established in the joint custody of the state\ncomptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be\nknown as the "state police motor vehicle law enforcement account".\n 2. The state police motor vehicle law enforcement account shall\nconsist of all moneys received by the state pursuant to subsection (b)\nof section nine thousand one hundred ten of the insurance law that are\ntransferred to the account pursuant to paragraph two of subsection (e)\nof section nine thousand one hundred ten of the insurance law and all\nother grants, bequests or other moneys credited, appropriated, or\ntransferred thereto from any other fund or source.\n 3. Nine million one hundred thousand dollars annually
