* § 97-llll. Interstate reciprocity for post-secondary distance\neducation account.

1.There is hereby established in the joint custody\nof the state comptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance an\naccount of the miscellaneous special revenue fund to be known as the\ninterstate reciprocity for post-secondary distance education account.\n 2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for\ndeposit to the credit of the interstate reciprocity for post-secondary\ndistance education account, any appropriation and/or fees established in\nthe regulations of the commissioner of education for services and\nexpenses incurred by the education department in conducting evaluations\nof post-seconda
