§ 97-jjjj. Education assessment account.
1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance an account of the miscellaneous\nspecial revenue fund to be known as the "education assessment account".\n 2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for\ndeposit to the credit of the education assessment account all revenues\nreceived pursuant to an appropriation for such account, including but\nnot limited to funds transferred from another account.\n 3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature,\nshall be available to the state education department for services and\nexpenses relating to state assessments
