§ 97-h. Lake George park trust fund.
1.There is hereby established in\nthe joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of\ntaxation and finance a fund to be known as the Lake George park trust\nfund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all moneys appropriated for the purpose\nof such fund and all moneys transferred to such fund pursuant to law\nincluding section 43-0125 of the environmental conservation law and\nsection two thousand two hundred thirty-one of the vehicle and traffic\nlaw. Any interest earned by the investment of moneys in such fund shall\nbe added to such fund, become a part of such fund, and be used for the\npurpose of such fund.\n 3. Moneys of such fund shall be available for appropriation and\nallocation only to the Lake George park commission for the pu
