§ 97-g. Centralized services fund. 1. There is hereby established in\nthe custody of the state comptroller a special fund to be known as the\ncentralized services fund.\n 2.

(a)Such fund shall consist of all moneys appropriated for the\npurpose of such fund, all moneys transferred to such fund pursuant to\nlaw and all moneys required by the provisions of this section to be paid\nto the credit of such fund.\n (b) The state comptroller is authorized and directed to loan money by\ntransfer to such fund from the general fund or any other fund, which\nloans shall be limited to the amounts immediately required to meet\ndisbursements, made in pursuance of an appropriation by law and\nauthorized by a certificate of approval issued by the director of the\nbudget with copies thereof filed with
