§ 97-fff. Summer school of the arts account.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of the department of taxation and finance an account of the\nmiscellaneous special revenue fund to be known as the summer school of\nthe arts account.\n 2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for\ndeposit to the credit of the summer school of the arts account, tuition,\nfees, monies transferred from other funds and accounts pursuant to law\nand charge backs to other state agencies and school districts for\nservices and programs of the summer school of the arts.\n 3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature,\nshall be ava
