§ 97-ee. New York Great Lakes protection fund.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the "New York\nGreat Lakes protection fund". Such fund shall consist of revenues\nreceived from the Great Lakes protection fund and all other moneys,\ncredited or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant\nto law.\n 2. Moneys of the New York Great Lakes protection fund, within amounts\nappropriated by the legislature, may be expended only for programs or\ngrants to supplement existing Great Lakes research and protection\nprograms consistent with the purposes of the Great Lakes protection fund\nagreement including the following:\n (a) Research on the economic, environmental and hu
