  * § 97-ddd. Drinking water program management and administration fund.\n1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state\ncomptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be\nknown as the "drinking water program management and administration\nfund".\n  2. The drinking water program management and administration fund may\nconsist of (a) all moneys transferred to the state from the drinking\nwater revolving fund pursuant to section twelve hundred eighty-five-m of\nthe public authorities law, (b) all or a portion of moneys made\navailable to New York state for purposes of administering and managing\nfinancial assistance provided to recipients from the drinking water\nrevolving fund pursuant to the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, and (c)\nall other moneys c
