§ 193. Other law enforcement authority and duties. This article shall\nnot:\n 1. preempt the authority, or relieve the duty, of other law\nenforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute suspected violations\nof law;\n 2. prevent or prohibit a person from voluntarily disclosing any\ninformation concerning a violation of this article to any law\nenforcement agency; or\n 3. limit any of the powers granted elsewhere in this chapter and other\nlaws to the attorney general or state agencies or local governments to\ninvestigate possible violations of this article and take appropriate\naction against wrongdoers.\n
