§ 190-b. Medicaid fraud recovery reporting. The attorney general shall\nmake an annual report to the temporary president of the senate, speaker\nof the assembly, chair of the senate finance committee, chair of the\nassembly ways and means committee, chair of the senate health committee,\nand chair of the assembly health committee by April fifteenth of each\nyear. Such report shall include the amount of monies recovered by the\nmedicaid fraud control unit pursuant to the false claims act for the\npreceding calendar year.\n
