§ 185. Annual report to chief administrator of the courts by custodian\nof court funds. On or before the first day of February in each year the\ncounty treasurer in each county and the commissioner of finance of the\ncity of New York shall file a report duly verified with the chief\nadministrator of the courts containing a statement of all moneys in his\nor her hands on the first day of January preceding that have been paid\ninto court or received by him or her to the credit of any action or\nproceeding, specifically stating the securities in which the moneys so\npaid into court are invested or the depositories in which such moneys\nare deposited.\n
