§ 179-N — Judicial review
§ 179-n. Judicial review. Any determination made by a state agency\npursuant to subdivision three of section one hundred seventy-nine-f of\nthis article shall be subject to judicial review in a proceeding\npursuant to article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.\nSuch proceedings shall only be commenced in the absence, or upon\ncompletion, of other review procedures specified in the applicable\ncontract or by applicable regulations.\n
