§ 179-aa. Advisory committee. There is hereby established a\nnot-for-profit contracting advisory committee. The advisory committee\nshall consist of sixteen members which shall include eight appointed\nmembers, four to be appointed by the governor who shall be\nrepresentatives of not-for-profit organizations providing services in\nthe state, and two each to be appointed by the governor upon\nrecommendation of the temporary president of the senate and speaker of\nthe assembly, and eight ex officio members of the committee, one each\ndesignated from the division of the budget, the department of law, the\noffice of the state comptroller, and the education department.
