§ 483-dd. Law enforcement assistance with respect to immigration. Upon\nthe request of a human trafficking victim or a representative of a human\ntrafficking victim, the state or local law enforcement agency or\ndistrict attorney's office shall provide the victim with the United\nStates Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) Form I-914 Supplement\nB Declaration of Law Enforcement Officer for Victim of Trafficking in\nPersons. In order to provide persuasive evidence, the state or local law\nenforcement agency endorsement must contain a description of the\nvictimization upon which the application is based, including the dates\nthe trafficking in persons occurred.
